Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

To help us resolve the problem, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our wall decals are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Improper application or installation

  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer

If you are unsure about colors, sizes, or materials before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different design or size, please contact us and we will advise on the available options.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
